A hardworking and enthusiastic fluent Albanian and English speaking Legal
Administrator/Marketing Assistant is required for a forward thinking Solicitor’s firm in
North London. Preferably, applicants should have at least one year of general
administrative duties and sales and marketing experience.
Law graduates are encouraged to apply. The role provides excellent career
progression.
The role will involve liaising with Albanian clients, attending social events. So, fluent
English and Albanian language skills are required. Good organisational skills and
timekeeping are necessary with attention to detail. A high level of verbal and written
skills, confidentiality and good customer service skills are essential for this role.
Answering/making calls to clients/interpreting/translating
Managing emails
Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
General office administration
Maintaining office diary and documents
General administration support to the operational office
Active support of management and other staff in general
Engaging in marketing and promoting the firm to the local Albanian
community.
Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to
comments and messages.
Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow
the company’s brand.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
